Wedding Bells
Kate Phillpott is getting married during the Easter Holidays; her name after the holidays will be Mrs. Kate Hurley. If anyone would like to make a donation towards a wedding gift please bring it into the office as soon as possible after the holiday.

Urgently Needed
Any parents/carers who could stay for 30mins 2 or 3 times a week after dropping their child at school; we have several children who need extra reading opportunities in both Squirrels and Oak, if you are able to help please see Sue.

Easter Egg Hunt
A big ?Thank You? to everyone who came and supported the Easter Egg Hunt ? we made a grand profit of £151.20.

Fresh Start Menus
Please find attached the new menu for next term ? we will be starting on WEEK 1.

Volunteer Decorating
Jo Gunn and Chris Bussell are coming into school on Wednesday April 19th to carry out some necessary decorating. If you are able to spare even a small amount of time to come along and help it would be greatly appreciated; just bring a paintbrush, refreshments will be provided. They are aiming to start at 10.0am and work through till late in the evening, please ring Jo on 672692 or Chris on 673005 if you are able to help.

Tesco & Sainsburys Vouchers
Please collect all the tokens you can during the holidays ? remind friends, neighbours and relations that we are collecting these vouchers.

Mrs.Wyatt
As you all know Mrs.Wyatt is leaving us at the end of May. To celebrate her time with us we are holding a special assembly at 9.0am on Thursday 25th May at St.Mary?s Church, Burlescombe, all parents, friends etc are welcome to join us. If you would like to make a donation towards a leaving gift please see Anne in the school office.

Dressing Up Box
We are looking for clothes for the lunchtime dressing up box; if you have anything suitable at home please send it in to the school office after the holidays. We are also looking for curtains, sheets or material for the lunchtime imaginative play box, anything that you think might be useful please bring into the school office, many thanks.

Dance Club
Dance Club will resume after the Easter holidays on Tuesday 2nd May.

Ploughman?s Lunch
A Ploughman?s Lunch is to be held to celebrate the Queen?s 80th Birthday on Saturday 22nd April at Burlescombe & Westleigh Community Hall, 12 noon to 2.0pm. Tickets cost £4.50 per adult and £2 for children under 11 years old; this will include soup, the main course and a dessert. This will be followed by a Children?s Tea Party. All children in the parish of Burlescombe and Westleigh will have received an invitation to the Queen?s Birthday Tea on 22nd April; this will also include entertainment.

The Valley Nursery ? Celebration of 10 Years
The trustees would like to hear from any children who attended the Valley Nursery between January 1996 and January 2006. We would like to invite you to our ten years celebration.
