Office Closed
The school office will be closed first thing on Monday morning ? hopefully I will be back by break-time. If you are sending any money into school on Monday morning please ensure it is an envelope clearly marked with your child?s name and what the money is for.

Friends & Family Meeting
Apologies from Sue - sorry she completely forgot the meeting on Tuesday 13th June ? a big Thank You to Ruth Sorenson who transferred the meeting to her house.
Macbeth
The whole school production of Macbeth will be held on July 18th 2006 at the New Hall in Tiverton. Tickets are limited to 4 per family until next Friday, after that it?s first come first served.
Governing Body
Louisa Bray has been elected as Staff Teacher Governor to replace Karen Wyatt.
Family Service
Family Service will be held at St.Mary?s Church, Burlescombe on Sunday 18th June, 10.0am ? All welcome.
Burlescombe Community Hall ? Coffee Morning
There will be a Coffee Morning on Saturday 17th June, 10.30 ? 12.00, at the Community Hall to raise money for hall funds. There will be Bring & Buy, Plants and a Raffle. 50p entry covers the cost of your coffee and biscuits.

Westleigh Playing Field Club ? Cream Tea
Westleigh Playing Field Club are holding a Cream Tea on Saturday 24th June, 2.0pm, at Lace Cottage. There will be Face Painting, a Quiz and much more ? All welcome.

Tesco & Sainsburys Vouchers
Please send in any vouchers by Tuesday 20th (we have not had time to do the order yet!) If any Tesco vouchers are found after this date please still send them into school as they can be sent off and banked towards next year?s total up to the end of September.
School Dinners
Next week will be Week 4 on the menu.
Please remember to send back the reply slip regarding dinners when we are at The New Hall in Tiverton for rehearsals (attached to last week?s newsletter).
Summer BBQ ? Friday 30th June from 6.30pm to 8.30pm
Amongst other attractions there will be a bar, BBQ and a bouncy castle. For this event we need donations of raffle and tombola prizes and on the day salads and cakes. If you can help on the day please sign up on the rota on the noticeboard outside the office, or ring Anne to sign up for you.
To get an idea of numbers for catering it would be appreciated if people could indicate on the slip below whether they would like a meat or vegetarian alternative for the BBQ. Also if you can make a salad, which type.
