Headteacher Awards
Well done to the following children who have all received a Headteacher Award: -
Dom Smalley, Will Bodger, Kirsty Vile, Tasha Manley, Mary Gatward, Sophie England, Matthew Gunn, Sadie Roberts, Fen Dyer, Beth Trembath, Kirsty Norton, Fred Borden, Rachel Disney, Joshua Cook, Amelia Burston, Oliver Schuster-Wood, Matthew Disney, Jake Morcom, Luke Carter, Dylan Smith, Emily Sorenson and Charlotte Brown.

New Hall Days
Both Monday 17th & Tuesday 18th July the whole school will be working at the New Hall in Tiverton. We will leave school at 9.15am on coaches and return before the end of the school day. All lunch money for these days must be paid into the office by Friday 14th July.
Performance Night
For the performance of Macbeth on Tuesday 18th July, would parents please drop their children off at the New Hall Tiverton at 7.0pm. Doors will be open at 7.0pm for the audience.
Details about parking etc. to follow.
Tickets still available at £3.50 each ? see Anne in the school office.

Year 6 Climbing Trip
If this trip is to go ahead we need two parents to help with transporting the children to South Molton on Monday 24th July? Mrs.Bray cannot get 10 children in her car!
If you are able to help please let Anne know in the office as soon as possible.
If you have not yet returned your slip regarding this trip please send it in to the office on Monday morning.

Smoothie Day
Next Monday, 10th July is ?Smoothie Day?
If you are able to donate any fruit or if you have a blender we could borrow please bring it into school on Monday morning.
Also, if you are able to come into help, even if it is only for a short time, we will be pleased to see you.

Props Required for Macbeth
We are looking for the following items to use in our production of Macbeth; if you have any and are willing to let us borrow them please tell either Louisa Bray or Anne in the office.
Tankards, metal goblets, a cauldron, plastic swords & daggers and someone to cut leafy branches from trees bushes ? nearer the time.

Barbecue
A HUGE ?Thank You? to everyone who helped in any way with the Barbecue ? the final figure raised after all expenses had been taken was £427.18
We have a large yellow plastic serving tray in the office, left after the Barbecue - does it belong to you?

Sun Smart Leaflets
There are some Sun Smart leaflets outside the office if anyone would like to see one.

Vouchers
Many thanks to everybody who sent in Tesco and Sainsburys vouchers and stars from packets of Persil. We collected 7,778 Tesco vouchers so were able to send of for lots of computer related items. We collected 3,878 Sainsburys vouchers which went towards several items of P.E. equipment and 975 Persil stars for art equipment.
If you find any more Tesco vouchers at home please send them into school, up until September I am able to bank them towards next years total.
Please continue to collect Persil stars and the Box Top vouchers from Nestlé cereal packets; also used postage stamps which go to help children with leukaemia and used ink cartridges which we get money for and are recycled.

Saxophone & Clarinet Lessons
There will be NO saxophone and clarinet lessons next week.
If your child is interested in learning to play clarinet, saxophone or flute in September please see Anne in the office for details.

Head Lice
We have had a case of head lice reported to us this week; please check your child?s hair regularly and treat if necessary.
