Welcome
We welcome you all back to a new school year and hope you had a good summer holiday.
We say a special hello to Sam Broom, Charlotte Snell, Emily Davis, Jamie Vile, Maddie Dyer and Lily Oliver who have just started school; and Claudia Smith, Aleigha Hingley and Brandon Hingley who have joined us from other schools, we hope you will all be happy with us.

School Uniform
We have just received a delivery of fleeces and sweatshirts so we have all sizes in stock at the moment. We have also got water bottles for sale at £1 each.

Edible Garden
A big thank you to all the mums for coming in to water the garden during the summer holiday.
We have plenty of apples this year ? please help yourself from the box on the ?Buddy Bench? by the front school entrance ? a donation to school funds would be appreciated.
Dance Club
Dance Club starts again on Tuesday 18th September ?please see attached letter.

Clarinet lessons
Clarinet lessons start again next Tuesday, 12th September.

Cycle Club
A new Cycle Club starts next Thursday, 14th September. Look out for the letter with details next week.

Tokens etc.
Please remember to save Persil stars for art & craft equipment, Nestlé tokens, which we save for books, used postage stamps for children with leukaemia and used ink cartridges for which we get money for school funds.

Craft Show
Burlescombe & Westleigh Horticultural Craft Show schedules, for adults and children, will be available from school soon.

Alexander Rose Day Raffle
Please could you return all ticket stubs and money to Kate Miller or Olive Pearce by Friday September 15th at the very latest.

URC Harvest Festival
The URC Harvest Festival will be held on 10th September at 6.0pm. Tickets for supper after the service are available from Angela on 0781 2526505 at £3 for adults and £2 for children.
