Parents Children Acorns / Squirrels Classes
Acorns and Squirrels are participating in a drama / movement workshop on Monday 18th September. Parents are invited to watch a mini presentation at 2.45pm in the hall; 50p donation from each child would be gratefully received.
Table Cloths ? HELP
As part of our ?improving lunchtimes? the school now provides tablecloths for the dinner children at lunchtime. We are seeking volunteers to wash some tablecloths for us on a rota basis. If you feel you could wash and dry these for us for the children once or twice a year please let Anne know or pencil your name on the rota (on the parents notice-board outside the office).
P.E.Kit
Some children still do not have their P.E. kit in school. PLEASE ENSURE THAT A FULL KIT IS IN SCHOOL BY MONDAY. Please check that their daps fit properly.
School Dinners
The school dinner menu is printed by Devon County Council and we forgot to let you know that it has been the policy of this school for over 3 years now to only provide the healthy option of fruit or yoghurt for dessert; we hope this clears up any confusion.
School Day / Arriving at School
The school day starts promptly at 9.0am with the register. Would parents please ensure that they do not arrive before 8.50am. Although the teacher may be in the classroom they are organising resources for their teaching. Thank you.
